1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DedixCRM, including our website, software platform, customer portal, support services, and related features.
By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, accessing, or using DedixCRM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use DedixCRM.
Plain-language summary: DedixCRM is built to help print, sign, wrap, apparel, and production businesses operate more clearly. Use it responsibly, protect your account, pay for your subscription, and do not misuse the platform.
Important: These Terms of Service are provided for general business purposes and do not constitute legal advice. Businesses with specific legal, regulatory, contractual, tax, accounting, or compliance requirements should seek independent professional advice.
2. Service Description
DedixCRM is a business management and production workflow platform designed for print shops, sign companies, wrap shops, apparel decorators, graphics businesses, and related production teams.
Features may include customer management, quotes, orders, tasks, files, proof approvals, production tracking, scheduling, invoices, payments, customer portals, reporting, notifications, automation, and future AI-assisted tools.
We may update, improve, modify, add, or remove features over time as the platform develops.
3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, users, permissions, and devices. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or users you authorize.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and billing information
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Only invite authorized users from your business
- Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access
- Use DedixCRM only for lawful business purposes
4. Trials, Subscriptions, and Plans
DedixCRM may offer free trials, paid monthly plans, promotional pricing, or custom arrangements. Plan features, pricing, trial periods, and limits may change over time.
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at signup or as otherwise agreed. You authorize DedixCRM or its payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts.
If payment fails or billing information is not kept current, access may be limited, suspended, or terminated until payment is resolved.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions may generally be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law or approved by DedixCRM.
Accounts may be canceled through available account settings when provided or by contacting DedixCRM support through our contact page. We recommend saving or exporting important business records before cancellation when possible.
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, or unused features. If a refund is required by law or approved as an exception, it may be processed through the original payment method when possible.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DedixCRM to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others
- Upload malware, viruses, harmful code, or illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with platform security, performance, or availability
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the software without permission
- Send spam, deceptive messages, or abusive communications
- Store or process highly sensitive data unless expressly supported and agreed in writing
7. Customer Data and Uploaded Files
Your business retains ownership of the data entered into DedixCRM, including customer records, orders, invoices, notes, files, artwork, and production information.
You grant DedixCRM permission to host, process, transmit, back up, and display your data only as needed to provide the service, support your account, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, store, and use any files, artwork, customer information, or business data placed into DedixCRM.
While DedixCRM maintains backups and reasonable security practices, customers remain responsible for maintaining copies of critical business records and documents. DedixCRM should not be considered a customer's sole backup system.
8. Data Export and Account Closure
Customers may request available exports of business information prior to account closure, subject to technical limitations, account status, data type, and platform capabilities. Export formats and availability may vary.
DedixCRM recommends exporting important business records before permanently closing an account. Certain backups, logs, billing records, and archived records may remain for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy or as required for legal, security, accounting, or operational reasons.
9. DedixCRM Intellectual Property
DedixCRM software, design, branding, workflows, text, layouts, features, logos, and related materials are owned by Dedic Print or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of DedixCRM software or branding. You receive a limited right to use the platform while your account is active and in good standing.
10. Third-Party Services
DedixCRM may connect with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, or future integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
DedixCRM is not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, errors, fees, or data handling outside of our control.
11. Platform Availability and Changes
We work to provide reliable service, but DedixCRM is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service.
Maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security events, internet problems, third-party failures, or other conditions may affect access or performance.
12. Feature Changes and Platform Development
DedixCRM continually evolves and improves. Features, workflows, integrations, user interfaces, pricing structures, limits, and functionality may change over time.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, improve, discontinue, or remove features as part of ongoing platform development, security improvements, performance updates, or business changes. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers when making significant changes.
13. Support and Onboarding
DedixCRM may provide support, onboarding help, setup guidance, demos, or documentation depending on the plan, account status, and available resources. Support does not include guaranteed custom development, data entry, business consulting, or legal/accounting advice unless separately agreed in writing.
14. AI and Automation Features
DedixCRM may include AI-assisted or automation features. These features may generate summaries, recommendations, responses, insights, or workflow suggestions.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated output before relying on it or sending it to customers.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the platform, create security risks, violate laws, or use DedixCRM in a way that may harm other users or the service.
You may stop using DedixCRM or cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available through your account or by contacting us.

18. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting DedixCRM support directly.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, account security, platform integrity, or comply with law.
19. Force Majeure
DedixCRM shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, service failures, data access issues, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such events may include internet outages, hosting provider failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, labor disputes, utility failures, governmental actions, acts of war, public health emergencies, payment processor outages, third-party service failures, or other force majeure events.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Missouri unless otherwise required by law.
